Develop & execute sales plan to achieve and exceed sales target in terms of revenue and gross margin.
Develop and lead initiatives to drive profitable sales growth.
Create and execute strategic plan with sales forecast provided.
Work closely with clients and internal/external stakeholders to ensure high-quality and consistent end-user experiences.
RequirementsRequired:
• 7+ years of successful sales experience in managing accounts, promoting products and business development in apparel & bag industry.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to solve problems creatively.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, both verbal and written in Mandarin & English.
• Proven record of building long-term relationships with clients and managing accounts with quantitative business target achieved.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks and priorities in tight schedule.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred:
• Working experience in multi-national enterprise or SMB.
• Sales or MD experience in both online and offline channels is a plus.
