**Job Title: Fastener Machine Operator** **Job Description** Machine Operators will set up and operate automated equipment that applies specialized coatings, such as adhesives and lubricants to fasteners. The position utilizes custom equipment designed to load, feed, and process screws with pre-applied adhesives and similar products. Great machine operators have a mechanical mindset and understand how machine inputs change the product being produced. Positive attitude is a must! Machine operator experience and reliability is required. Responsibilities include understanding machine operation, monitoring production rates, conducting inspections, reporting nonconformance, providing general assistance, maintaining documentation, adhering to safety guidelines, following all procedures and work instructions. This is a 1st shift opportunity, 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday, can work a few hours on a Saturday when needed.
