This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting.** **Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities** + Installs,maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe and electrical systems in commercial or industrial establishments by performing the following duties. + Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment. + Listens for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discusses machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnoseproblemsor repairmachine. + Dismantle defective machines and equipment andinstallnew or repaired parts. + Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery. + Install andmaintainpipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, andrepairandreplacegauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment. + Basic repair and maintenance of physical structure of establishment. + Sets up andoperatesbasic machine tools. + Operates cuttingtorchesor welding equipment to cut or join metal parts. + Fabricates and repairs counters, benches, partitions, and other wooden structures. + Must be able to read and interpret simple hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, structural blueprints. + Utilize SAP system for work order. + Monitor theefficiencyof boilersystem. **Ready to make a** **_bold_** **impact?** **He** **re’s** **t** **he qualifications we are looking for:** **Key** **Qualifications** + Experienceoperatinga forklift required or ability to obtain upon hire. + Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship. + Must be at least 18 years old. **Preferred Qualifications** + **Education:** High School Diploma or GED equivalent. + **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in electronic/electrical roles, or equivalent combination of education and on-the-job training. + **Skills:** + Strong judgment skills to follow standard instructions and procedures. + Ability to make minor decisions to meet quality and productivity goals. + **Certifications/Training:** + Forklift Operation + Fall Protection + Emergency Procedures + Hazard Communication (Haz Comm) + Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) + Injury and Illness Reporting + Confined Space Entry + Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Authorization **Why** **You’ll** **Love Working Here** + Health insurance with premiums as low as $20 per month, dental and vision insurance, and company-paid disability and life insurance. + 401k plan with company match and voluntary benefits such as identity protection and pet insurance. + Pension Plan. + Up to 10 paid holidays annually after60 daysand up to 2 weeks of paid vacation in your first year. + Discounts on Kohler products. + Tuitionassistancefor advanced education. + Opportunities for growth and career advancement. **Additional** **Requirements** + Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 30 pounds or more.
