FBA & EF Program Manager, Retention & Growth
Description We're seeking an experienced FBA & External Fulfillment Program Manager to drive the success of our Growth initiatives within the Retention & Growth organization. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to maximize seller performance and growth in the marketplace. Key job responsibilities - Lead programmatic initiatives to enhance unmanaged seller performance in FBA and External Fulfillment; - Conduct in-depth analyses of key performance levers to identify strategic opportunities for improvement and growth; - Perform weekly deep-dive analyses to address business requests and challenges, and design/implement a rewards system to incentivize sellers; - Propose seller rewards campaigns and incentives to the Engagement PM, measuring its results afterwards and reporting to all interested stakeholders (e.g., Finance, leadership, Fees, etc.); - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to swiftly address emerging issues and develop streamlined processes for transitioning sellers to Service Providers Network (SPN) free assistance; - Drive improvements in key performance metrics for unmanaged sellers and contribute to the overall growth of the Amazon marketplace; - Participate in relevant business reviews, monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented initiatives. About the team The Retention & Growth Team is dedicated to empowering and supporting unmanaged sellers throughout their journey in our marketplace. Our comprehensive approach combines data-driven insights with personalized support to help sellers maximize their potential and overcome challenges. Through strategic programs, educational resources, and direct account management, our team works to ensure sellers have the tools and guidance they need to build successful businesses on Amazon. We focus on driving growth, improving seller performance, and maintaining strong marketplace health while delivering exceptional support across all key aspects of selling on Amazon. Basic Qualifications - 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements Preferred Qualifications - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
