This is an opportunity for you to advance your leadership and operational skills within a highly visible and strategic program. As the FBA Ops Excellence Program Manager (L6) for the Netherlands, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic opportunities to scale FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) inbound for sellers while improving profitability. The ideal candidate is most likely a hybrid: part leader, part visionary, part builder and part operator. Infused in the candidate will be an innate customer intuition and focus that serves as the basis for all decisions. The primary purpose of this critical role is to help expand Amazon’s FBA footprint wide and deep in the Netherland while keeping the seller and customer experience consistent. The product manager will influence the continuum from strategy through delivery and operations.
A successful Program Manager must be able to work independently, understand rapidly the key pain points of the processes, and influence internal/external partners at all levels of the organization. This role will particularly suit someone with strong analytical abilities, relationship building skills and superb project management capabilities.
Key job responsibilities
• Identify, prioritize and execute on new opportunities to further accelerate growth of FBA.
• Develop in-depth understanding of SX on and off FBA, selection addition processes / tools, SX data, and recruitment teams involved in FBA process (domestically and internationally). Identify gaps (or overlaps) and opportunities, and initiate high-impact projects based on analyses.
• Set up performance management mechanisms and track potential Sellers with interest to pilot initiatives.
• Connect with key stakeholders regularly to review ops / business metrics and setup processes to ensure goals are met.
• Operate autonomously; drive OP1,OP2, QBRs, a senior level, and handle escalations.
• Manage the performance and optimization of the FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) program across multiple sales channels and marketplaces.
• Analyze FBA program data to identify opportunities for improvement, and create and execute action plans to address issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as operations, inventory management, transportation, and account management to ensure seamless FBA operations.
• Forecast FBA program volume, costs, and profitability, and develop strategies to meet financial goals.
• Identify and drive the implementation of new FBA program features and capabilities to enhance the seller and customer experience.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to other FBA program managers and cross-functional teams.
