FBP Lead - CP Operation
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the team to execute Controlling tasksEnsure implementation of fundamental financial reporting, consolidation, and planning processes in accordance with global guidelines for Greater China CP operation and in adherence with highest standard of timing, quality & compliance Drive CP business financial planning & forecasting, incl. short- term financial estimates, APAC reports, as well as provisions Deploy effective and efficient OPEX budgeting, tracking, and controlling processes Drive continuous controlling process improvement and digitization initiative Ensure implementation of best-in-class credit management in accordance with global procedure In-depth Business Partnering to steer CP commercial operation Act as primary Business Partner representative on finance-relevant commercial operation topics, before escalating to country LT for formal decision making Active problem solving and suggestions on day-to-day operation topics related to FBP, include OPEX allocation and planning, annual and seasonal credit steering, AR collection/risk control/dispute management, provisions, product returns, and/or pricing. Lead initiatives on continuous optimization of OPEX efficiency, cash flow and profitability improvement Review, challenge and validate on-going business conditions; align operational and financial planning; monitor and track business upside & downside Ensure CP division operating under sustainable and compliance manner at both strategy and operation levelsEstablish ‘four-eye principle’ and ensure strict adherence to Policies & Procedures while taking business decisions Administer implementation of Internal Guidelines and Compliance; leveraging internal (LPC) and external vendors to deploy periodic self- auditing measures on Discount & Rebate, as well as on OPEX Escalate potential risk concerns to LT, and initiate mitigation with LPC involvement Support critical and strategic transformational projects As a team leader, coach team members to upgrade competency and performance
WHO YOU ARE
10 years relevant experience, Master degree or MBA preferred Experience in Big 4 accounting firm is preferred Critical/structural thinking & problem-solving capability in contradictory situation Strong business acumen and situational leadership; capable of managing high-level of ambiguity Native level of bilingual (English & Chinese) capability High networking and partnering skills, coordination management, courage & leadership skills. Collaborative & team spirit. Able to create trust-based relationship outside of his/her comfort zone.Good communication skills. High reactivity, efficient, pro-active and accountable. Flexibility, willingness to perform the extra-mile in order to achieve team goals. High consciousness of timelines, ability to work under time pressure and handle stress without negative emotions. Advanced knowledge and practice of all Bayer / CS reporting systems Advanced skills in XL and PPT. Able to prepare professional and high-quality presentations as well as intelligent XL tools.
