As FBS Ford Champ, you will be responsible for creating different dashboards to visualize and analyze data to make informed decisions for operational excellence. 

What you´ll need:     

Active student enrolled in his/her last 4 semesters of Business, Industrial Engineering, Financial Administration, or equivalent work experience required.Interest in project management, business partnering, data analysis, finance, and related areas with an equivalent experience.Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Self-starter capable of analyzing data and developing solutions independently.Process Improvement: Committed to business process analysis and driving continuous improvement.Strategic Thinking: Supports the development and implementation of innovative strategies.90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)

Data Visualization & Reporting: Collaborate with the team to create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QLink). Operational Excellence: Monitor KPIs to identify improvements, propose solutions, and implement process changes to optimize operations. Data-Driven Project Management: Deliver weekly project status reports using data tracking files. Performance Review Contribution: Create monthly reports on key metrics, offering recommendations that influence strategic decisions. Employee Experience Enhancement: Analyze data to understand performance and satisfaction, recommending improvements to enhance talent attraction, management, and retention, as well as company culture.Cost Analysis by Skill Team: Conduct detailed analyses of headcount and talent costs across various functions, offering insights into cost distribution and optimization opportunities.
