As FCC Officer Governance, Oversight and Change, you are part of the Group Financial Crime Compliance Governance, Oversight & Change department (FCC GOC). This means you will be in charge of contributing to maintain a consistent and rock-solid FCC Program, by delivering agile and simple governance, oversight and change management support, in a risk-based, data-driven and forward-looking approach, in close cooperation with Compliance and Financial Economic Crime (FEC) networks. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in managing and acting as a stakeholder in FCC and FEC related projects & change the bank initiatives.

Provide Rabobank Group senior management with qualitative insights into the FEC risk profile and risk taking within W&R Regions (Australia/New Zealand, Europe, Africa & Asia, North America and South America) and selected majority owned Rabobank Subsidiaries (BPD, DLL and Obvion) domains.Maintain and continuously enhance Rabobank Group FCC Governance, including the coverage of day-to-day Global AML/CTF & Sanctions Officer functional line activities towards the Regional and Subsidiaries AML/CTF & Sanctions Officers.Manage the FCC owned and act as a stakeholder in FEC projects and change management initiatives.Your Talent
Education & Experience: University degree, academic thinking, and a minimum of 10 years working experience; preferably at least 3-5 years in or with Compliance departments.FEC Risk Management: In-depth knowledge and experience of/in FEC risk (money-laundering, terrorism financing, economic sanctions and bribery/corruption) management cycle within complex international financial institutions.Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of the English language (both written and verbal). Dutch is considered a plus.Project/Change Management: Highly developed project/change management skills, including a structured approach, capability to develop a vision for initiatives during the project selection/refinement phase, and stakeholder management in a highly complex environment.Communication & Presentation: Influential communication skills, ability to bring different perspectives together, reconcile differences with a focus on the relation and content, and persuading with integrity.
