The primary function of this Freight Cost Clearance (FCC) role is to verify logistics invoice content  from a factual or price perspective.  They will be required to use different systems that support the FCC processes, and perform their duties according to written work instructions, in order to ensure there are no unjustified transport costs processed for payment.  They will ensure that processing issues related to their scope of work are flagged, and work in a team to reach a solution.  They will be responsible for operative issue resolution and correspondence with different stakeholders.

Specific responsibilities:

1. Data Validation - Verify freight invoice data according to work instructions.

2.Issue Resolution - Ensure processing issues are documented and collaborate with team to resolve.

English  proficiency, at least  B1 : Can understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matters regularly encountered in work, school, leisure, etc.
Can deal with most situations likely to arise while traveling in an area where the language is spoken.
Can produce simple connected text on topics that are familiar or of personal interest.
Can describe experiences and events, dreams, hopes and ambitions and briefly give reasons and explanations for opinions and plans.

 SAP : Proficient. He/She  possesses a lot of experience in applying his knowledge, and is able to apply his skills in new and changing contexts.

MS Office: Proficient. He/She  possesses a lot of experience in applying his knowledge. He is able to apply his skills in new and changing contexts.
