Maintenance Engineer

The role of a Plant Maintenance Engineer is to participate in the Total and Preventive Maintenance (TPM) for all equipment and facilities.  The main missions of the role are to:

Responsibilities and duties: Coordinate the procurement of new equipment to assure requirements are metCoordinate both repair and preventive maintenance requirements for all manufacturing equipmentIdentify and develop STD for repair, set up and operation Define and monitor quality, cost and delivery objectives given to external companies when intervening: subcontracting, ordinary and major maintenance actions, energy, security systemsMonitor the purchase and inventory of spare parts and consumables to eliminate downtimeRecommend safety policies and assure safety controls are tested and reliableKeep up to date documentation related to maintenanceBe responsible for the computer aided maintenance management systemManage a team of maintenance technicians Respect and Follow Knowledge of COM & COE

 

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably with a specialisation in Maintenance2 years over experienced people in the automotive industry and workExperience of leading problem solving initiative.          Working knowledge of Quality system and Health, Safety & Environment skills Nice to have lean manufacturing experience.
