Operating duty:
1. Develop a detailed FCT testing plan based on product requirements and customer demands, including testing procedures, testing items, and testing standards.
2. Review the testability requirements of the product circuit board design and confirm whether the testing equipment and fixtures meet the customer's testing requirements. Ensure that the testing coverage of the product meets the customer's requirements.
3. Planning and development of new product testing plans. Being able to master Lab view, Programming languages such as C language.
4. Familiar with electronic circuit principles and basic testing and measurement, familiar with the selection and use of commonly used measuring instruments and meters.
5. Write testing programs, including automated testing scripts, to improve testing efficiency.
6. Write a testing manual and provide training to production personnel and testing technicians to ensure the standardization and consistency of testing work.
7. Collect and organize test data, and write test reports.
Analyze the problems that arise during the testing process, quickly locate the fault points, and ensure the smooth progress of the testing work.
9. Support fault analysis during the production process and resolve anomalies that occur during testing.
10. Responsible for the maintenance and management of testing equipment, ensuring its normal operation, and regularly calibrating and maintaining the equipment.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Automation or related fields.
2. More than 3 years of relevant testing work experience, with FVT testing experience.
3. Possess good communication skills and team spirit.
4. English can be used as a working language.
