What you’ll do• Coordinate & Operate Financial Process of key projects (JV, M&A’s, Partnerships).
• Attend alignment meeting with Business Development Team and Partners from beginning of the projects on behalf of Finance team
• Prepare Business Case’s financials with related Financial Decision Support Teams
• Ensure Business Case Model inline with FinOps, Tax and FP&A guidance
• Ensure accounting model inline with group’s IFRS accounting and Tax structure as well as Audit Company’s guidance
• Operate the overall financial governance schedule for the project to ensure governance is assigned and completed on time including Group’s approval inline with DoA (Vodafone’s Delegation of Authorities)
• Proactively manage the scope with Business Development and Strategy Teams to ensure that only what was agreed is to delivered, unless changes are approved through decision makers
• Organize the project’s financial governance meetings with CFO and related Finance colleagues
• Provide Fnancial guidance on domain expertise to vendors/consultants as and when required.
• Work closely with consultants to ensure delivery in line with business’ financial guidance needs
• Report Financial KPI’s regularly. Work closely with Business Development team to provide the data for KPI reporting.
• Ensure accounting policy inline what agreed
• Control and report variances between Business Case and realizations
• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, engineering or related discipline.
• At least 8 years Strong Financial Business Partnering, Accounting background (IFRS, VUK etc) with excellent presentation/communication skills
• Drive High performance
• Approach collaboratively with different stakeholders
• Manage through ambiguity and a complex matrix environment
• Highly proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Fluent speaking, writing and understanding of English
• Clear big picture understanding
• Creative, analytical, conceptually and practically thinking
• Solutions driven
• Communicate clearly and empathetically.
• Collaborative with all stakeholders
• Excellent presentation skills
• High level stakeholder management conceptually
