Job Responsibilities**Pre-SRx Analysis**: Provide capacity analysis for strategic business plan options feeding monthly S&OP SRx scenarios.**SRx Analysis**: Deliver capacity analysis for SRx scenarios stemming from S&OP.**SR1 Feedback**: Collaborate with sites to ensure timely and compliant SR1 studies per S&OP deadlines.**A1 Business Plan Process Improvement**: Continually improve the A1 Business Plan process.**Monthly Scenario Study Improvement**: Refine processes for Pre-SRx, SR1, and SRx scenario studies monthly.**Emerging Project Support**: Offer planning and integration support for new projects concerning current capacity, mergers, or acquisitions.**Greenfield Planning**: Conduct ad hoc capacity studies and greenfield planning.**Site Baseline Capex Management**: Manage WoW deltas, committal and PO issuance plans, FY linearization, plug itemization, and tradeoff fund management.**Site Strategic Capex Management**: Define and adjust initial plug values to align with business plans.**COT and STR Definitions and Reviews**: Periodically review COT and STR definitions.**Funding Cycle Feedback**: Ensure sites meet Central deadlines for monthly funding cycles.**Communication**: Maintain clear communication with Fab and external partners to support business processes and drive continuous improvement.**Area Prioritization**: Create, anticipate, communicate, and adjust area priorities to meet business demands.**Training and Development**: Maintain and develop training materials for the department.Qualifications**Micron Planning Systems Knowledge**: Proficient in MICAP / CALM, LPI, Fazer / Mizer, PDM and their applications.**Data Analysis Expertise**: Skilled at extracting and analyzing data from Micron planning systems.**Fab Process Knowledge**: Understanding of Fab processes.**Communication Skills**: Effective written and verbal communication across multiple organizational levels.**Project Management**: Outstanding project management and multitasking skills for daily tactical assignments.**Microsoft Office Proficiency**: Solid grasp of Microsoft Office for data analysis and presentations.**Team Collaboration**: Ability to work closely with others in a team environment.**Customer Focus**: Unparalleled attention to customer needs.**Statistical & Problem-Solving Skills**: Knowledge and practical application of statistics, data analysis, and problem-solving.**Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours as business demands.**Inclusive Work Culture**: Foster and exhibit behaviors in line with Micron Values.A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a combination of education and related industrial engineering work experience is required.
