JR58710 FE Global PLN Strategic & Modeling Engineer

Responsibilities:Understand high-level factory limitations and benchmarking to determine the most efficient capital utilization.Demonstrate expertise in computer, and Microsoft Office skills to extract data and develop executive presentations effectively. Expertise in planning systems and applications will be a plus.Support capacity studies for special projects such as site selections for future fab expansions and new emerging product deployments.Apply industrial engineering concepts to model the capacity thresholds to support existing and future technologyEfficiently manage capital expenditure scenarios and cash flows through comparison and optimization.Collaborate with the finance team to perform comprehensive financial analysis across different scenarios, which includes evaluating manufacturing costs, payback period, Net Present Value (NPV), and Profit/Loss (P/L) analysis.Provide and evaluate scenario options to improve financial bottom line.Requirements:Required: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Operations Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Process Engineering, or equivalent experience in the field.Minimal 2 years experiences in Semiconductor Industry, or other Industry planning modeling equivalent function experience.Knowledge and practical application of statistics, data analysis, and problem-solving.Knowledge of Manufacturing Science, including lean manufacturing, factory constraints, and other relevant factors.Experience working collaboratively in diverse teams.Strong focus on meeting the operational needs of the Fabs and effectively communicating those needs to different parties involved.Ability to influence decision making in various team meetings.Ability to communicate effectively through multiple levels of management and organizations.The ability to multi-task efficiently.Willingness to work flexible hours as required.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
