About the Role: 

We are seeking a bright and motivated Graduate Trainee Engineer to join our dynamic Oil & Gas team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and develop engineering solutions in the Oil & Gas industry. It also provides a prospect to gain work experience in the Mechanical Integrity discipline of the subject industry. The Graduate Trainee will work under the supervision of experienced engineers and discipline SMEs to acquire the knowledge and skills related to Mechanical Integrity and will work on various projects, contributing to the team & organization success.

Key Responsibilities:

Undergo various training programs to enhance your technical skills and industry knowledge Able to read and extract the required information from technical reports, engineering drawings (such as PFDs & P&IDs), datasheets Assist in the design and development of engineering solutions to solve problems. Contribute to ongoing projects, gaining exposure to the entire project lifecycle from conceptualization to execution. Documentation: Prepare technical reports, drawings, and other documentation Participation in various forums related to the project involved Adherence to the compliance and safety requirements

Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution Minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade Strong foundation in core mechanical engineering subjects Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skillsA keen interest in the Oil and Gas industryFamiliarity with engineering software is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team
