**Description**
Fed Beef Senior HR Generalist
We are searching for a Senior HR Generalist to support our Fed Beef team based out of our Corporate Office in Greeley, CO.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Provide expertise and support in the development and execution of the performance management, talent review and succession planning processes throughout the Business Unit
+ Demonstrate ability to be agile, build relationships, influence and gain commitment of internal business partners and key stakeholders with the ability to effectively provide consultative services, guidance, drive change and produce results through others
+ Continually think of new ways to improve all things talent, including but not limited to: the employee experience, key talent management practices, career development, leadership development, continuous learning, and performance management
+ Facilitate career planning discussions, survey execution and analysis
+ Create and manage project plans and communications to support talent initiatives
+ Manage in-house developmental programs
+ Support the Business Unit leaders and team members with recruiting and onboarding
+ Responsible for supporting the KPIs in JTP for all salaried team members in the Business Unit
+ Implement and/or keep running all the programs we have in the Business Unit at Corporate
+ Support and work together with the Talent Managers team at the facilities, build strong relationship with Corporate HR and HR from other Business Units
+ Evaluate programs and provide suggestions for continuous improvement
+ Communication of program goals, expectations and structure/schedule to management teams at each location
+ Oversee all HR aspects for Fed Corp.
+ Day to day HR duties
+ 30/60/90 day check in with new hires and managers
+ Work along side the recruiting team to help backfill roles
+ Work with Head Hunters to backfill difficult positions at the plant level
+ Terminations/Severance - all background work leading to terminations/severance and partnering with Corporate HR
+ PIP/Action plans for team members not performing
+ Investigations when and where needed
+ Manage HR corporate budget
+ Manage and execute PHD Program (3x a year, 10 weeks long)
+ Owner of Performance Management for Fed Beef
+ 9 box calibrations for entire Corp Fed Beef and direction to plants where needed
+ Timeline and execution of 360 evaluations for all Fed Beef
+ Support all aspect of Performance Management
+ Training
+ Trainees onboarding, training, and placement (location and position)
+ Supervisor Development Program owner
+ Visas
+ Support the plants on team members on visas. Help with direction and placement.
+ Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Bachelor’s degree required
+ Previous experience in HR, recruiting or management role preferred
+ Internal JBS knowledge preferred
+ Strong organizational, follow up, negotiation, interview and decision making skills required
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Demonstrated ability to multi-task and handle high work volume
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee related information
+ Proficient with MS Office suite
+ Ability to travel as needed
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
+ Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
+ Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
+ 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
+ Base salary range of $74,000 – $90,000; and
+ This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program
