What You Will Do:
This Federal Business Lead position sits within our Defense & Security Segment and will advise on a range of mission-related issues on existing engagements and as well as be responsible for driving new pursuits and integrated solutions. This person will bring depth of experience of technical deliveries, business development & growth, as well as client partnership within the Department of Justice within the Huntsville, Alabama market.

Key Responsibilities may include:

Leading large federal engagements to include EAC, staffing, recruitment, and people management

Developing business strategies in support of federal clients

Manage and support industry leaders

Engage with internal and external partners to develop collaborative environments in support of deliverables

Foster external relationships and brand awareness across industries


What You Will Need:

A CURRENT and ACTIVE TOP SECRET federal or DoD security clearance

A bachelor’s degree

TEN (10) or more years' relevant experience supporting the federal government, consulting, and/or professional services

Strong technical knowledge around tools such as PowerBI and/or similar applications

Proven experience leading teams and growing a federal portfolio

Proven experience engaging with senior leaders within the federal government

Strong communications acumen in support of client engagement and briefing

Experience translating policy into programmatic actions

Knowledge of Defense Industry missions and initiatives
