Job Summary:
The Proposal Manager will lead and manage the full proposal development lifecycle for federal government contract opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex proposals, including RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements and delivering compelling, compliant, and competitive proposals. This role requires extensive knowledge of federal contracting regulations, processes, and best practices. This position is primarily remote with occasional travel to Manassas Park, VA.
