Work You'll Do

As a Recruiting & Hiring Senior Analyst for our Federal agency client, you will:

Maintain compliance with federal regulations and agency policies to ensure a fair and legally sound hiring procedureRecommend improvements to the recruitment process based on data and feedbackDevelop SOP's and training guides to document processesAddress client requests that come through the ServiceNow system promptly and effectively, ensuring that the issues are resolved appropriatelyRespond to employee inquiries related to benefits, compensation, and HR policies, providing timely and accurate information and escalating complex issues as neededApply Human Resources principles, Federal HR laws, regulations, and policies relating to position management and conduct quality control practices as requestedProcess personnel actions in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with General Schedule personnel policies and proceduresConsult with the client on their needs/strategy for completing the work and document client priorities and considerationsMonitor, manage, and update service requests (e.g., job announcements, personnel actions) based on client needs and requestsManage multiple active candidates within the recruiting lifecycle at any given time, providing high-quality candidate experiences while managing and reporting to the client on candidate progressCreate detailed job analyses and assessments to identify the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for the job and help ensure that the right candidate is selectedConduct hiring conversations and provide demos on navigating the USA Staffing system to help streamline the hiring process and ensure hiring managers are well-equipped with the necessary information and tools to make informed decisionsIssue certificates of eligible candidates to hiring managers and their interview panels to ensure a fair and efficient hiring processAssess the suitability and competency of applicants through a comprehensive examination of their resumes, applications, and associated recordsCraft job postings to communicate the key responsibilities and essential qualifications for a particular rolePerform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications 

Required:  

4+ years of professional experience 2+ years of experience with Federal recruiting and hiring policies and proceduresExperience with working in USA Staffing and/or ServiceNowMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Must be able to obtain and maintain the required facilities clearance for this roleMust live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to Washington, DC with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodationsBachelors degreePreferred:
Delegated Examining (DE) Certified

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Washington, DC, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Washington, DC and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,000 to $143,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
