Federal Work Study-Office Assistant (IFAS Plant Pathology)
Job Description: Assist with maintaining communal office spaces, conference rooms (light cleaning as needed) Providing support to team with a variety of clerical needs including but not limited to supporting events, preparing communications, and errands in state vehicle Archive evaluations, letters, documents, maps, photographs, and manuscripts into digital format Participate in departmental teams on various projects Provides clerical office support Update databases Expected Salary:$12/hour
Minimum Requirements:This position is open to all students who are eligible to work on campus and have a valid Federal Work-Study (FWS) permit. Students must maintain a minimum 2.0 grade point average. Registered students are employed on a part-time basis, up to 20 hours per week. Must have a Federal Work Study work award for Fall 2024 semester.

Ability to lift 20 lbs.
