JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Conduct continuous analysis to provide insights focusing on variables in a scope relatable to the respective function.Ensures that the team achieves its business performance goals through steering multi-functional planning processes providing high quality rolling forecasts and guiding dynamic resource allocation across the sub functions of the respective function partnered.Provides insights for key business decisions through application of business acumen.Creates actionable strategies and initiatives within the business team.Responsible for strategic plan modelling, Financial support for innovation projects and budget control of cost related to the sub functions.Provides continuous performance monitoring identifying key trends and proposing actions to capture opportunities and mitigation of risk.Undertakes business competitor performance review.Ensuring all business processes within the partnered function align with the Global framework of operations.

Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics1 to 2 Years Experience in FMCGFluent in EnglishPreferred Skills: (Previous experience in SAP/Hyperion, Previous Experience in Finance Business Partnering Role)
