Job Title: Welder/ Operator

Division: Weir Minerals

Location: Todmorden, Onsite/Shift

Purpose of Role: An experienced Welder/ Clansman Robot Operator is required to join the fettling department. As a full-time member you will have experience of dressing white irons and SG castings with high frequency hand tools, finishing of iron and steel castings to required standards prior to machining.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Ideal candidate will have used welding and fettling hand tools.Have a good eye for detail.Able to read and understand engineering drawings.Working individually and part of a diverse team.Rotate between three shifts, 06:00 – 14:00hrs, 14:00 – 22:00hrs and as required when covering holidays 22:00 – 06:00hrs
