•Follow Micron Value and lead by example. •Manage the outsourced operation to meet Micron’s policies, procedures and standard practices, as well as comply to local regulatory and compliance requirements. •Resolve day to day issues to ensure the operations run smoothly to meet goals while meeting safety and security requirements. •Lead TFG team to pass audit, including internal and external. And set target for CIP (continuous improvement process) and demonstrate Micron’s value.•Provide report to manager and help him/her to set strategic plan. •Participate and lead in cost reduction, cycle time, quality projects with other functional groups as set by Micron’s management from time to time. •Work with cross functional groups Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Engineering, 3rd Party logistics to achieve quarter end shipment targets.
