FIAT and Alfa Romeo Advertising Manager

The FIAT and Alfa Romeo Advertising Manager is responsible for the creation, execution and implementation of consumer facing content including but not limited to the Social, Digital and Video (TV) assets.  The role requires strong knowledge of cross channel marketing and Go To Market execution of advertising content.   

 

The qualified candidate will apply a deep understanding of the FIAT and Alfa Romeo brand essence to achieve long-term vision and success. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders with a leadership mindset, clearly articulate key insights & identify opportunities, conceptual ideas and strategic rationale as well as regular interaction with senior management. 

The keys to success of the FIAT and Alfa Romeo Advertising Manager position includes the ability to produce and deliver best-in-class marketing and advertising solutions, manage multiple related projects simultaneously and provide thought leadership and clear direction to agency teams. 

 

Accountabilities:

Develop a calendar year advertising GTM roadmap, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and provide leadership and clear direction to agency teams  Develop annual creative production budget, facilitation of budget requests and monthly scope and budget reconciliation Review various dashboards, data and analytics tools, and industry measurement tools to support healthy and consistent reporting principles so brand development, successes, and advertising opportunities can be evaluated and implemented Brief agencies and follow through to market delivery of all social media (paid and organic), Digital content and video assets including, project management, and excellence in creative delivery Manage Cross Channel Agency status meetings for optimal information sharing amongst internal and external clients Track and monitor T&R and usage rights for all in market or soon to be in market creative assets Work closely with Global Brand Teams based in Europe to coordinate local market adaptation of globally produced content Update, manage and ensure relevance of global brand identity & guideline documents Event coordination support and oversight when required for Auto Show and experiential (influencer support, product events, town halls, brand immersions) related to FIAT and Alfa Romeo content

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related field - required Master’s degree level qualified – preferred 5+ years or more within a similar role

 Job-Specific Skills:

A sound understanding of the North American Automotive industry Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written Experience building 360-degree Tier 1 advertising, social and digital campaigns Competence and confidence to lead a team of advertising agency account, strategic planning, production and creative personnel from strategic development to creative development to execution of creative campaigns and recap / reporting of results Excellent presentation development and delivery skills Exceptional team player and thought leader with credibility and integrity to earn peer, senior management and cross-functional team confidence Aptitude to listen and fully understand the various needs of internal stakeholders and successively propose creative solutions Compelling ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with operational stakeholders and brand partners Organized self-starter Proficiency to multi-task Brand strategy development experience Clear enthusiasm to develop industry leading / best-in-class branded content EOE / Disability / Veteran
