RESPONSIBILITIES  

Manage and develop new programs within existing Cascades Recovery+ client portfolio utilizing a consultative sales approach Gain a full understanding of how discarded materials are managed, more specifically how Cascades Recovery+ manages these materials. Meet and exceed defined monthly financial and volume projections. Utilize marketing tools to promote Cascades programs and services. Prepare and conduct client presentations. Development of customer P&L statements, proposals, and cost/benefit analysis as required.  Attend trade shows and participate in professional organizations.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & STRENGTHS   

Ability to build both trust and respect with customers by providing cost effective solutions that meet and/or exceed customer waste management goals and objectives. Practical and innovative problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment.  Sense of urgency in addressing customer requests, resolution and follow-through.     Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.  Attention to detail and highly organized with strong time management skills.   Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral).  Ability to build relationships with a variety of individuals and among various; departments, sites, functions and levels of the organization.  High level of integrity. 

  

REQUIREMENTS

2-5 years of customer facing, Business to Business (B2B) sales experience and/or account management with a verified track record of success, preferably in the industrial waste management and/or environmental services markets. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  Qualified candidates must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract.
