A little about the position: Job Summary: The Fiberglass Pool Mold Prep/Technician position is responsible for maintaining & refurbishing molds in accordance with SOPs, ensuring Production readiness. Starting pay is $17.82 per hour. Some of What You Will Do: + Understand & know how to use MSDSs. + Learn small cosmetic repairs initially, enhancing your skill set to large repairs. + Gain knowledge on how to maintain & repair mold floor texture. + Follow initiator catalyst chart for proper curing. + Assist with leveling out of molds. + Maintain a safe work environment. + Other duties as assigned. What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications) + Experience using various hand tools. + Ability to problem solve, effectively evaluating a difficult problem & come to resolution using relative work knowledge. + Ability to stand for prolonged times as well as frequent bending, reaching, stooping, overhead work and lifting up to forty (40) pounds. + Must be able to work overtime, including some Saturdays. + Ability to work in a safe manner utilizing PPE as required.
