The Fiduciary Services Specialist develops, implements and evaluates processes ensuring business goals and cost requirements are met. This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibility to work from home. General Responsibilities: + Conduct specialized analysis of funds/ETFs for corporate and institutional clients. + Perform due diligence, statistical analysis, and documentation to meet client needs. + Implement and articulate Broadridges methodology to internal and external stakeholders. + Serve as the primary liaison between Broadridge and clients during contract renewal process and manage ad hoc requests. + Lead all phases of production and packaging of materials. + Act as the primary contact for all internal and external inquiries related to client projects. + Conduct quality control checks on completed projects, as necessary. + Perform other duties as assigned. Key Competencies: + Ability to manage multiple projects with flexibility. + Exceptional written and oral communication skills. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. + Strong team player with willingness to collaborate. + Proficiency in Excel, Word, InDesign, PowerPoint, and Acrobat preferred. + Statistical proficiency. + Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. + Excellent organizational skills. + Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships internally and with clients. + Presentation skills are advantageous. Key Qualifications and Experience Required: + Bachelor's degree required. + Previous experience in the mutual fund or finance industry, or data analysis preferred. + Demonstrated success in project management. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to synthesize information from various sources. + Proficiency in Excel, Word, InDesign, PowerPoint, and Acrobat preferred. Salary range $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 Bonus Eligible.
