Field Account Manager (BioAnalytics)
The position will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales target within the financial year for the specified business area/product group in Taiwan. This role combines direct sales to key customers and the management of channel partners to expand market reach. The ideal candidate is skilled at building relationships, managing competing priorities, and aligning strategies to achieve shared success. This role is also required to gain market share by differentiating our BioAnalytics product and services from our competition in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and academic segments. This role is also required to gain market share by differentiating our BioAnalytics product and services from our competition in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and academic segments. Key Responsibilities: + Overall responsibility for growing BioAnalytics sales pipeline in respective territory/accounts + Manage end-to-end sales cycle with direct customers and channel sales management + Financial and market driven to achieve and exceed the annual sales budget + Build awareness of BLI/SPR, live cell imaging, flow cytometer technology, cell selection & picking technology, and understand customer application workflow + Work closely with fellow associates and channel partners to provide optimal pre-sales information, product demonstration, technical close, and post-sale support + Maximize customer satisfaction to ensure and promote continued use and adoption of BioAnalytics solution and increase reagents & consumable sales + Candidate must have a passion for new technologies, selling big box and is customer-centric + Active in engaging cross-opco network for business growth Qualifications: + BSc or MSc in life science related discipline. Advanced education and /or laboratory experience is desirable + Must have at least 4-6 years of sales experience with direct sales of capital equipment and consumables in pharmaceutical, biotech, academic, and government accounts. Experience in managing sales through channel partners is a strong advantage + Experience in selling life science instruments is desirable. Understanding of ELISA, HPLC, SPR techniques, fluorescence & live cell imaging, flow cytometry, cell isolation & picking, preferred + Proven experience in growing Taiwan business and establishing new customer network in a resource constraint environment + Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese. Proficient in English is desirable + Excellent communication & presentation skills + Independent, self-motivated, and resourceful while maintaining strong communication and collaboration with a geographically distributed team + Strong negotiation skills + Good database of contacts and network is a plus About Sartorius Sartorius is part of the solution in the fight against cancer, dementia, and many other diseases.
