Field and Channel Marketing Manager , APJ

Join us as a  Product Marketing Manager supporting ShareFile and working out of Bangalore to help us do what we do best: propelling business forward.    In this role, you will be a key player on the APJ Field Marketing Team and will partner closely with our global campaign and APJ regional sales teams to build account-nurturing strategies. If you have a passion for filling the funnel and love to feel the direct impact of your strategic planning and execution, we would love to chat!        Role Responsibilities:    Develop a comprehensive marketing activity plan in partnership with the regional Sales VP, sales, and marketing members across the APJ region. This plan should incorporate local implementation of the global go-to-market initiatives and align with the regional sales strategiesWork with the regional VP and sales teams to understand local needs, get buy in and regularly communicate the performance of campaignsDevelop and execute lead-generation programs  Collaborate with Corporate Marketing functions to utilize global marketing resources, and localize materials for regional useAnalyse the lead creation process and identify ways to optimize conversions and pipeline.  Leverage positioning, messaging, buyer personas and other information to target segments and generate sales-qualified leadsSelect and deliver relevant content and assets to support Partners as built by the global product marketing teams Conceptualize, manage, and execute a diverse range of field marketing programs such as webinars, SEM, content syndication and live events  Work with our channel distributors and partners to support their end-customer acquisition goals and meet Progress revenue objectives.Assist Product Marketing with localization of external-facing partner materials (pitch decks, website pages, datasheets, program description, etc…)  A Strong Candidate Demonstrates:     Prior B2B channel marketing experience is preferred, within a software or technology organization (distribution or reseller environments are essential)  Experience building strong relationships developing and executing integrated campaigns that drive pipeline growth with partners and distribution  Previous experience in demand generation, executing and achieving outcomes for end-to-end marketing campaignsAbility to use initiative, be self-motivated and work independently to complete high volumes of work under tight deadlines  Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and efficiency with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload  Team-oriented mindset, capable of working cross-collaboratively with product, finance, marketing, etc. Strategic, analytical, and data-driven critical thinking  Strong copy writing skills Ideal candidate:5+ years in B2B marketing experienceJapanese or Mandarin language proficiency a plus
