·      Provide comprehensive technical support for high-performance motor drive products (PMSM vector control, three-phase BLDC drive control, etc.) across North America, including consultative services, on-site troubleshooting, and fault analysis.

·      Design and develop custom product and application solutions aligned with customer needs.

·      Collaborate with customers and potential clients to seamlessly integrate specific technologies into their products or systems.

·      Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between customers and product development teams to ensure successful product implementation and customer satisfaction.
