Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Due to significant growth in our AnaChem business we are looking to expand our technical sales support team with a new field application specialist.

Provide technical support and guidance to customers in analytical chemistry.Develop a deep understanding of Anachem's product portfolio and how it can be applied to meet customer needs.Provide training to customers on how to use Anachem products effectively and efficiently.Provide technical support and assistance to the sales team during customer visits and presentations.The role will also be supporting our AnaChem Product Manager with internal sales team training and overall team development.A triage point with our service team to troubleshoot customer issues for efficient resolution of customer challenges.

As a field-based role this will involve traveling up to 40% with the Nordic region.

What You Need to Succeed

Having a degree in a scientific field (chemistry, chemical engineering, biochemistry, biotechnology). Good practical understanding of lab instrumentation and software, with a strong advantage having direct experience using titrators or UV-Spectrophotometers.

You need to be a self-starter, work well both independently and as part of a team. Enjoy problem solving, working logically and methodically through tasks. Be comfortable presenting and speaking to stakeholders at different levels both within Mettler Toledo and with our customers.

A valid driving license and willingness to travel.
