We are currently seeking a Field Application Specialist who will be responsible for providing applications support to existing customers, coordinating and performing product demonstrations for prospective customers, developing new applications through collaborations (industrial or academic), troubleshooting technical problems, and training customers in the use of our products. This position is part of the marketing and application team located in Tawain and will be remote. In this role, you will be responsible for: + Integrate instruments (including installation), assays and connectivity solutions into customer laboratories and provide support to the customer during the evaluation and implementation + Provide demonstration of instrumentation, software and reagents to current and potential customers. + Jointly develop account strategies with Sales Representatives aimed at increasing business and retaining current business. + Conduct technical seminars and presentations at customer sites, trade shows and workshops to drive thought leader adoption + Follow normal standard of work for documentation and customer complaint handling to ensure total customer satisfaction. + Ensure install and customer management database is updated with full activity traceability. + Active involvement in pre-sales activities to support business development Requirements; + Master’s Degree in biotechnology, Immunology, Life science, biological science or related scientific field experience + At least 2-3 years relevant working experience + Experience in the field of Flow Cytometry , automation or experience as Application Specialist is prerequisite + Experience in the field of Immunology , genomic and Cell biology, cell therapy or biopharma is a plus + Ability to travel – 40% travel regional/ international travel + Must have a valid driver’s license It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + Experience in the field of cell therapy or biopharma is a plus. + Enthused by applications and challenging technologies. + Excellent communicative and analytical skills combined with high customer and team orientation + High ability to work independently without supervision. + Organized, resourceful, excellent sense of contact whatever hierarchical levels, sales and customer service oriented, good presentation and ease of expression At Beckman Coulter Life Sciences we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
