The Field Application Specialist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for customer training after analyzer installation in laboratory, customer support and troubleshooting in routine laboratory work and sales process support.

This position is part of the Technical Service and Application Department located in Poland and will be fully remote. You will be responsible for customer training and support in west part of the country. The ideal location is South Poland: Katowice, Kraków, Rzeszów and surroundings.

You will be a part of the Technical Service and Application Team and report to the Field Application Leader, responsible for customer training and customer support of Beckman Coulter products in Poland. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Provides on-site applications support for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics customers by providing instrument installations, customer training, and troubleshooting support

Provides customer guidance to facilitate site preparation and coordinates resources for efficient installation of systems and workflow

Partners with sales team to plan and execute pre and post-sales support, including conducting application trainings

Builds and maintains customer relationships in area of accountability, responds to customer requests for information and assistance

Leverages knowledge and experience in territory to anticipate/identifies technical issues for installed customer base

Coordinates troubleshooting efforts with sales team and Service Engineers to ensure timely problem resolution

Actively engages in marketing or product development initiatives

The essential requirements of the job include:  

Master’s degree in Medical Analytics/Medical Diagnostics - (Diagnostyka Laboratoryjna, Analityka Medyczna, Medycyna Laboratoryjna)

+1 years of experience in a diagnostic/medical laboratory environment

Ability to drive a car and be flexible with working time - more than 60% of travelling is required, infrequent international travel is also required

Proficient English and Polish

Flawless interpersonal and planning skills and High level of customer orientation

It would be a plus if you also possess:

Experience working as medical laboratory scientist / analyst or lab technician

A self-motivated individual who has an enthusiastic approach to customer service and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, extremely organized and ability to multitask, high level of computer literacy
