Field Assessment Nurse-RN
Responsibilities: * Field Supervisory Visits: * Conduct regular visits to clients' homes to ensure the quality of care provided by caregivers meets company standards. * Evaluate caregiver performance and provide constructive feedback and support as necessary. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals involved in the clients' care to ensure continuity and quality of services. * Medical Assessments for New Clients: * Perform comprehensive medical assessments for new clients to determine their healthcare needs and develop personalized care plans. * Communicate assessment findings and care plans effectively with the interdisciplinary team, including caregivers, clients, and their families. * Documentation and Reporting: * Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client assessments, supervisory visits, and training sessions. * Generate reports as required by regulatory agencies and company policies. Qualifications: * Valid RN license in the state of Georgia. * Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to develop individualized care plans. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals. * Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. * Proficiency in computer skills, including electronic medical records systems. * Current CPR/1st Aid certification. Compensation and Benefits: * Supervisory visits: paid on a per visit basis  * Mileage reimbursement for travel related to supervisory visits and assessments Schedule: Part-time, flexible schedule
