Oversee and detail homes for walk-throughs; perform general labor to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of homes and neighborhoods under construction. The annual compensation for this role is $40,000 - $48,000, including annual bonus structure, commensurate with experience. This position is on-site, Monday through Friday.

Complete all work in compliance with the company's operating safety policies and proceduresAssist construction management in all aspects of the construction jobHelp in the presentation of homes for customersUnderstand and follow work rules and proceduresMaintain daily log of job site occurrencesLoad and deliver materialsSet up and take down temporary structuresProvide information to the Customer Service department to help facilitate repairsComplete job site cleanup daily by collecting and disposing of scrap, excess materials, and refuseComplete any duties assigned by construction managementMove construction materials and fixtures as neededAssist specialized contractors as neededCross train in other areasConducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyAbility to work overtimeD.R. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
