Job Description

What you can look forward as Field Claims Analysis Engineer:

Perform initial confirmation of 0km/field claim, conduct investigation, Issue 8d report, promote and tracking PRP, report the final conclusion to customer Facilitate and support RCCA, confirm closure of issue and prevent recurrence Enter / Manage data of claim information to / with SAP Manage Warranty requirements from customers. Communicate with responsible OPU / suppliers Convert VOC in business processes

 

Your profile as Field Claims Analysis Engineer:

Associate degree in engineering or related field More than 3 years of working experience in automotive quality assurance area Direct contact to customers Communication skill and Negotiation skill in both English and Japanese Knowledge of Quality Assurance, Root cause analysis, Measurement tools Basic knowledge of mechanical or electronics engineering
