You will provide training, in-service support and clinical assistance for new and existing customers, potential customers, distributors and Clinical Sales Specialists. **What You will do:** + Provide technical and clinical support to customers (and sales team) + Evaluate clinical and educational needs of customers. + Design, develop and implement quality education programs. + Actively participate in the communication of concepts and ideas designed to benefit customer support and educational efforts. + Track industry trends to alert marketing to new product direction. + Provide input into the strategic and tactical planning process. + Coordinate and assist with the training of all centres in an assigned geographical region. + Maintain contact with customers in order to assess clinical and educational needs. + Evaluate customer needs and recommends appropriate product modifications. + Assist in the promotion of the Abbott Heart Failure products to prospective clients in cooperation with the sales team. + Evaluate product viability and planned product improvements and modifications. + Complete clinical reports as requested by management, and completes all additional documentation requested by management in a timely basis. + Provides support at conferences as requested by management. **Required Skills:** + University Master degree (in medical related field preferred) + Native Polish and Fluent English + Experience in the medical industry. – min 3 years + Previous experience within the VAD industry is desirable. + Previous experience in clinical publications and group presentations is desirable. + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Well organized + Great desire to help others, composed under stressful situations + Driving Licence (Open to travel including internationally) An Equal Opportunity Employer Abbot welcomes and encourages diversity in our workforce.
