Field Clinical Specialist, TMTT - PASCAL (region: North Rhine-Westphalia/Rhineland-Palatinate)

Transcatheter Mitral & Tricuspid Therapies (TMTTs) are the future of Edwards – Estimated to be a more than $5 billion opportunity by 2028, Edwards will discuss its multiple transcatheter programs aimed at transforming care for the many patients suffering from mitral and tricuspid regurgitation. Since 2017 Edwards launched already 5 products – transformational therapies in Europe led by its CARDIOBAND, PASCAL and EVOQUE programs. Do you know we launched already second generation of Pascal – Pascal PRECISION is here and furthermore we are offering also Pascal ACE (very thin Pascal). Every patient is different - be an expert on our PASCAL device / therapy and help many  patients suffering with regurgitation!

The Field Clinical Specialist PASCAL is responsible for education physician on Pascal technologies, device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques and case support by assigned hospitals / in assigned territories / regions.

Requested candidate location in regions: North Rhine-Westphalia / Rhineland-Palatinate - ideal location, focus on Cologne/Bonn, Koblenz. Travelling in region is requested!

How you will make an impact:

Provide education on all aspects on one technology of the device, device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques related to equipment, tools and products required for device implants including full certification for independent case supportEducate and train physicians, hospital personnel and hospital staff on all aspects of technical matters related to products and procedures including imaging through conducting and/or coordinating one-on-one ad hoc training sessions and in-service structured education programs on one technology.Responsible for upselling in key strategic accounts working in conjunction with Business ManagersDevelop and continuously improve training curriculum, training materials and training tools, based on clinical trial experience, EW guidelines and SOP.Responsible for certification of the centers, physicians and other related staff, as well as EW personnel and as outlined within EW SOPValidate software and hardware updates in the field as applicableRegularly reviews clinical support activities, changes in the market and assigned accounts, as well as, competitive activity with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales)Other incidental duties


What you'll need (Required):

Min 1-2 years years work experience in medical device (fields: TAVI, CRM, Electrophysiology, Heart Failure, AAA, cardiac surgery, echocardiography, vascular or another complex devices e.g. neurostimulation - still requesting support in Catch Lab / OR / hybrid OR) required - welcoming junior but also senior candidates!Training experience in clinical / technical environment preferredCath lab / OR / hybrid OR experience Fluent in German and advanced English requiredActive car driver - company car provided
