The Field Coordinator is responsible for management oversight of a construction project and it's organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation for Land Develepment clients.  

Responsibilities Assist the Survey Manager with planning, scheduling, and coordinating field crew assignments to meet deadlinesCompletes detailed drawings from field survey data, sketches, plans, specifications, and written or verbal instructions using AutoCAD Civil 3DReviews work for completeness and accuracy prior to submitting to RPLS for reviewPrepares drawings and/or copies existing drawings and completes simple calculations with specific instructionsConducts field work upon request Assist with deed research and abstract deeds, create base maps for field crews, process field crew data, and produce final drawingsProcesses acquired field data into a neat and accurate plat of survey and/or Metes and Bounds description Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in a land surveying roleWorking knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3DWorking knowledge of MicroStation a plusAbility to analyze survey data and direct field crew as neededAbility to develop and maintain professional relationshipsAbility to work in a team environment as well as independentlyEffective time management and organizational skillsFlexibility to change priorities on job tasks and/or project deadlines, as neededAbility to handle basic issues and problems identify when more complex issues need to be referred to higher level staffAbility to effectively communicate with all levels of employees in the organization, both verbally and written.Must be dependable and reliable
