As a Field Crew Lead/Engineer you will be responsible for:

Directly managing equipment and a crew of two or more Field Operators and assisting with training of direct reports to provide specific logging and completions services.Overseeing and assigning training and competencies, verifying and approving time sheets, expenses, DOT files, and supporting on-boarding, off-boarding, interviewing, promotions, terminations, and performance reviews for direct reports.Taking instructions from the Service Delivery Manager/Coordinator.Working directly with Customer Representative and drill crew on location to coordinate operations with the rig and or production facility.Advising the Customer Representative in logging and completions operations, interpreting logging data, troubleshooting, and other wellsite analysis and decision-making processes.Performing all required responsibilities safely and managing Baker Hughes Operating Systems. Communicating and updating records at client sites.Maintaining your assigned job equipment and facility.

To be successful in this role you will have: 

Bachelors of Science DegreeOR High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of Wireline Field Operations. Previous experience supervising frontline Wireline Operations teams preferred.Wireline experience
