Field Delivery Specialist (Early in Career)

The Field Delivery Specialist holds the accountability and responsibility for case delivery management in the regions for a specific EMEA Theatre.
The Field Delivery Specialist is aligned to the Quote to Cash delivery process. You will own, manage, and oversee the successful execution of Case Based transactions Delivery and Performance Management.
The focus of the Field Delivery Specialist is to proactively optimize & simplify customer, partner & stakeholder experience using data analytics to retrieve actionable insights. You will also be responsible for driving critical case escalation resolution.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will be part of the Commerce Operations EMEA organization and will work closely in person or through digital channels with your stakeholders & peers in-country or across EMEA/global.

* You are accountable for timeous case escalation resolutions, for driving performance improvement opportunities
* You have the ability to work cross functionally in all matters related to case delivery management
* You have a passion to leverage reporting to draw insights & facilitate issue resolution
* You are comfortable in leveraging different channels & engaging with cross- functional teams to reach the desired solution
OUR MINIMUM QUALIFCATIONS
* Strong verbal & written communication skills
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identifying & articulating problems.
* Strong relationship management & stakeholder engagement skills.
* Can clearly translate stakeholder requests into clear actions to be executed
* Basic knowledge in AI technologies to identify opportunities for automation and digitization in Commerce Operations.
* Ability to influence without authority.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
* Fluent in English
