Field Digital Transformation Program Manager
Job SummaryThis role is responsible for delivering large-scale, complex internal projects, which often span multiple regions, and involve significant risk, ensuring adherence to established standards and protocols. The role includes effective management of project finances, maintenance of relationships with upper-level stakeholders, and overseeing a project team of over 20 individuals from diverse countries. The role fosters skill development, contributes to the refinement of project management practices, and promotes a culture of delivery excellence within the program management department.
Responsibilities
Identify business opportunities, create program/project charter, lead project team, handle risks, issues, planning, MOC with internal/external stakeholders, report project progresses to Mgmt
Manages project financials, consistently meeting or surpassing approved budgets, and ensures the provision of dependable financial forecasts to the management.
Contributes to setting the direction for the project management discipline within the company by refining templates, tools, and materials.
Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.
Program management experience in the domain of GEN AI & machine learning, transformation programs
Understanding AI technology and proven track record in managing business cases where AI-ML is core
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to deliver end-to-end AI/ML solutions.
Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML trends and technologies and drive the use of new AI/ML technologies into the org through innovative solutions.
Provide thought championing in state-of-the-art machine-learning techniques.

Program Management:
Understands the vision/objective and kicks off new programsUnderstanding on Customer support field delivery processesWork on delivery efficiency improvement program using e2e closed loop ML modelCommunicates progress/blockers with all stakeholders clearly and on timeNegotiates with both internal and external partners on the timing of dependencies to ensure successful deliveryAbility to exercise good judgement and balance risks in ambiguous, complex, fast-paced situationsTechnical Acumen:
Understands the system’s functionality and architecture down to its core componentsParticipates in the design review process and influences decisions to ensure qualityApplies standards to the program and its dependenciesGood understanding on technical Architecture concept and keep knowledge of the latest technologiesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Education (degree) and professional experience required:
Bachelor's or master’s degreeTypically, 10-12 years’ experience in Project Management and/or Support functionsProven records in leading all aspects of complex projectsProject Management certification will be a plusExperience in virtual team environmentOther requirements:
