Ericsson invites exceptional individuals who are highly organized, detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, to consider the role of a Field Dispatch Professional. As a key support function within Ericsson, this role is integral to coordinating and ensuring efficient and productive field operations. As a Field Dispatch worker, you would work closely with various field job roles to schedule and adjust work assignments. Your primary mandate includes assigning and expediting work orders to enable our field-based teams to focus on executing tasks effectively.
What you will do:- Manage work orders and allocate them to the suitable team members.
- Update work order status and notes as necessary.
- Communicate assignments to field staff and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Handle escalation and investigation of work orders.
- Oversee the handling logistics of spare parts, ensuring necessary spares are obtained and tracked in work orders.
- Administer and maintain site security and remote site access control.
- Responsible for key management and site security incident escalation.
- Verify and update site information in specialized databases and systems.
- Coordinate customer incident management and functional escalation while providing regular status updates.
