Job Summary The Field Educator (RN) plays a vital role in staff onboarding and development by providing education, support, and mentorship to new and current clinical team members. This position ensures consistent, high-quality training experiences across teams in alignment with NSCC’s mission, policies, and standards of care. In partnership with Education, Clinical Leadership, and Quality & Compliance, the Field Educator promotes excellence in hospice and palliative care delivery.
