What success looks like in this role:

Round the clock monitoring and maintenance of the System (hardware and software) to ensure system uptime in accordance to SLA commitmentsRespond to all incident / service calls and be first responder onsite to troubleshoot and resolve incidents including basic repairs or parts replacementsCreate / update and track ticket in ticketing tool to closure observing SLA commitmentsEscalate when necessary, in accordance to escalation matrixPerform regular preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting system hardware and all computer-based systems.Coordinate and work with third-party supplier or other contractors to identify the causes of issues e.g. hardware, software, network problems and etc. that may affect the proper functioning of the System.Liaise and work closely with customer to address service concerns and to solve technical problems.Work with technical team to resolve more advanced issues when necessaryPerform Install / Move / Add / Change (IMAC) activities as taskedEnsure all material are properly documented and handed over during shift changesPerform any ad-hoc duties as assigned ·Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Diploma, Higher NITEC in Electrical, Electronics, IT or equivalent  Singapore Citizen or PR preferred (This position will need to secure Cat 2 security clearance)Minimum 1 to 2 years of hands-on technical experienceRelevant experience in IT system support and hardware maintenanceExperience in electrical/mechanical drawing, service/repair manuals and or diagrams will be added advantageBasic knowledge in Networking and Database management will be added advantageAirport operations background will be added advantageStrong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-starter, self-motivated and critical thinker who embraces challengesAbility to work responsibly, independently and in a teamAble to interact with all levels of people and work under stressWilling to work on a 12-hour rotational shift pattern, which includes day, night, weekends, public holidays etcTraining will be provided

Working hours

Rotating 12 hrs shift or as assigned.Current Shift pattern: 3 Days work shift followed by 2 days' rest; 2 Days work shift followed by 3 days rest2 Months Day shift, followed by 2 months night shift
