RESPONSIBILITIES

Production and Quality Control Led earthworks operations to meet production targets, product quality, and delivery schedules. Make all the corresponding control adjustments to ensure production efficiency. Conduct preventive checking to avoid occurrences of non-conformity on fabrication and actual implementation. Process Improvements Embark on improvement efforts in the sequence of operations to meet delivery schedules. Recommend process improvements for more efficient operations. Personnel Management Supervise the workers during operations. Ensure adherence to plans and methodology. Implement Personnel Policies Safety Compliance Implement site regulations on safety work permits for critical jobs in excavation, slope protection, pile driving and bored piling. Conduct toolbox meetings before the start of operations, focusing on operational and safety concerns. Conduct safety audits and hazard and improvement reports with the safety officer. Coordination Coordinate the sequence and priorities with the structural team.
