Location:

We are looking for a Field Engineer in the Eagle Valley vicinity.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assists the Project Superintendent and Field Superintendent with coordinating the construction activities at the jobsite. Responsible to protect and promote the interest of Shaw in all matters. As directed by the Project Superintendent and for a specific area of work:

Assist with the execution and documentation of the Shaw 1-2-3 Quality Control Program. Material management including receiving and verifying materials, keeping inventory and scheduling deliveries. Perform, coordinate, and manage survey and layout work in the field. Assist with tracking work in place, providing schedule input, and verifying schedule compliance. Assist with electronic schedule updates. Assis with the tracking and verification of hourly labor. Assist with the installation of GC and SPS required items (i.e. embeds). Assist with safety inspections and training. Assist with coordination of subcontractors. Assist with maintaining record documents on-site. Assist with submittal review. Assist with RFI process in coordination with PM/PE and Project Superintendent. Assist with the installation, maintenance, and management of general conditions work. Assist with project closeout. Assist with the execution, documentation, and management of the punch list process. Assist the Superintendent with weekend/vacation field coverage. Perform other duties as required.

Education/Experience:

Four year college degree in engineering, architecture or construction management required.

Compensation:

Pay Type: Salary Pay Range: $60,000 to $85,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience. Other Compensation: Bonus commensurate with individual performance, company performance, and experience.
