Field Engineer - Electrochromic Glass

SageGlass®, a wholly owned subsidiary of Saint-Gobain, located in Faribault, MN, produces electronically tintable glass for windows, skylights, and curtain walls. It tints automatically or on demand to control sunlight, without shades or blinds. SageGlass transforms the indoor experience by controlling sunlight to optimize daylight, outdoor views and comfort while preventing glare, fading and overheating without the need for blinds or shades.

What’s the job?

Assisting the Sales Team in the Procurement of projects by providing technical expertise and reinforcing the SAGE Value Proposition. Validate system specifications against design constraints (electrical power, glass size and shape). Review architectural and electrical drawings and work with control system configuration/network diagrams. Discuss project needs face to face and over the telephone to explain installation or troubleshooting processes. Up to 25% travel is required. Hybrid work hours are generally 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.
