Vehicle Factory Pre-Test & Delivery to Customer
Perform vehicle checkout at HYMH facility.Set-up and Calibrations.Safety Assessments & Adjustments.Troubleshoot electro-mechanical issues.Road System Development for Customer Specific Site
Design road system to meet signed Functional Requirement Specifications / Customer Specifications.Create and maintain site general arrangement drawing.System Commissioning & Customer Training
Perform vehicle route commissioning / validation.Perform wireless communication survey.Onsite Safety Assessments & Adjustments.Perform vehicle interface commissioning / validation (conveyors, racking, pick and drop locations)Test application software and interfaces between vehicles, middle ware and customer host.Write training and support documentation.Analyze, troubleshoot and refine vehicle routes and traffic rules to optimize material flow.Deliver operator training to end customer.Additional duties as assigned.System Testing
Lead customer acceptance testing at Pre-delivery timing (Factory Acceptance Testing) as well as on- site phased installation milestones.Support virtual testing of robot supervisor communication with Host WMS as required.Analyze vehicle uptime / issues trackingWhat you will need:
BS Degree in an Engineering Discipline with no experience to qualify as a Field Engineer I.BS Degree in an Engineering Discipline with 2-3 years of experience to qualify as a Field Engineer II.BS Degree in an Engineering Discipline with 3-5 years of experience to qualify as a Field Engineer III.Skills, Experience & Abilities
Troubleshooting
Experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems.Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, 3D models and mechanical assembly drawings.Wireless communication.Computer
Proficiency using Linux and Windows operating systems.Experience with programming in scripting languages is a plus; especially C++.Understanding of networking concepts, hardware and software.Understanding of wireless communication.Communication skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.Ability to remain calm and professional in a demanding and dynamic work environment, often in direct contact with the customerWho we are:
