Field Engineer III - ALS
**Job Overview** Artifical lifting systems Field Engineer ( Hydrulaic Jet Pumps) is responsible to ensure that Weatherford Artificial lifting system are providing the highest quality of service with our operations to clients, with an emphasis on QHSE, and are maximizing prospective business opportunities within the marketplace through technical solutions, client support and increasing profitability to the Weatherford organization **Responsibilities** + To train the local staff for carrying out the job independently on client location. + Responsible for maintenance of the equipment to ensure the jobs being performed in safe manner. + The artificial lifting system Field Engineer reports directly to ALS Operations Manager. + Perform field operations (Designs, Installations, Maintenance, Observation, and troubleshooting) for Hydraulic lift system. + Quality, Health, safety, and Environment supervision. + Perform jet pump Designs and Marketing as well. + Work as team leader for Jet pump operations. + Jet pump commissioning and introduce training for the client. + Surface pumping unit preventive maintenance. + Prime mover (CAT 3406) series preventive maintenance. + Assisting in slick line operations for downhole jet pump. + Well testing operations. **Skills** + Technical: Appropriate standard of technical knowledge as defined by competencies + Possess strong customer service skills, i.e. listening, follow-through, and willingness to help. + Good understanding and knowledge of QHSE Management systems. + Basic working knowledge surrounding occupational health and safety and corporate regulatory compliance. + Good understanding and knowledge of web-based ERP systems (JD Edwards). **Qualification** + Equivalent Mechanical / Petroleum Engineering degree or B.Sc. + ≥ 7 Years of Jet Pump Experience of Complete Supervision and project completions. + Design/Application Engineering with the help of Evaluation Software’s + Good English language communication skills, spoken & written + Knowledge of: MS Computer Software including Word, Excel , Outlook, Access and PowerPoint + Knowledge of all aspects of safety management Weatherford is a leading global energy services company.
